冯晓梅，女，1982年5月出生，博士，副教授，山西师范大学硕士生导师。2014年12月毕业于新疆大学数学与系统科学学院应用数学专业，获理学博士学位；2016.11---2017.11在加拿大约克大学进行为期一年的学术访问；2018.02---2020.02在陕西师范大学数学与信息科学学院从事博士后研究。

    坚持立德树人、教书与育人相统一的教学理念。热爱教学、以德施教，善于把知识教育与价值观教育，增强学生的价值塑造能力。课堂教学中，围绕《常微分方程》课程的应用，结合学术前沿研究，特别是我国在新冠疫情防控中取得的举世瞩目的防控成效及相关科研成果，从前沿性、有用性和实用性多角度激发学生的学习兴趣，传播正确的世界观、人生观和道德观。主要讲授常微分方程、解析几何、数学专业英语等专业课程及高等数学、大学数学等公共课程，在教育工作中坚持教学为主，并开展一定的科学研究，以科研促教学。指导多名本科生毕业论文在期刊发表；指导全国大学生数学建模竞赛获得国家二等奖1项、省级奖项多项；指导美国大学生数学建模竞赛获Meritorious Winner 奖1项。

    坚持学术创新研究，主要从事动力系统的基础理论研究、生物数学应用研究以及新发突发传染病的建模、预测预警与防控措施评估。山西省科学技术奖二等奖第二完成人，入选2018年度山西省“三晋英才”青年优秀人才计划，获山西省高等学校青年科研人员培育计划。目前完成国家自然科学基金2项，中国博士后面上基金1项，省级自然科学基金1项；现主持国家自然科学基金协作项目1项、山西省留学回国项目与择优资助项目各1项；参与国家自然科学基金2项，主持并完成多项运城学院科研项目。发表学术论文近40余篇，其中SCI检索28篇。

    承担常微分方程、解析几何、数学专业英语、高等数学和大学数学等课程教学工作，本科生毕业论文及数学建模竞赛的指导工作。
