    张凤琴,女,1963年11月生,山西平遥人,中共党员,理学博士,博士后,教授,硕士研究生导师,现任运城学院党委副书记。中国生物数学学会副理事长,山西省数学会常务理事,山西省工业与应用数学学会常务理事,山西省重点扶持学科——运城学院应用数学学科带头人,山西省精品课程《数学分析》负责人。长期从事微分方程理论及其应用、生物数学方面的研究,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,全国教育科学规划课题1项,山西省自然科学基金3项,全球基金艾滋病防治项目1项,中国博士后基金项目1项。在国内外重要学术刊物发表学术论文100余篇。国家自然科学基金项目同行评议专家,国内外许多重要学术期刊特邀审稿人,美国《数学评论》、德国《数学文摘》评论员。获全国优秀教师,山西省跨世纪人才、“山西省青年教育专家”、山西省首批中青年骨干教师,曾宪梓教育基金高等师范院校教师三等奖、第五届“山西省青年科技奖”等荣誉或称号。
